Tea with Lemon

When I was a little girl my grandpa used to make me tea with honey, lemon juice, and a little whiskey whenever I was sick. He wouldn’t make me a whole cup, just about five sips worth. Now, it turns out tea and citrus is a good combo.

Calorie Restriction

Most people diet in order to lose weight. We all want to be skinny. But there are better reasons to watch what we eat. Our health is more important than being skinny. And living longer is also a better option. Science keeps proving that calorie restriction (with adequate nutrition) increases lifespan.
