Goals: stay healthy by losing at least 30 pounds (eat only 2 servings of snacks/sweets a week – if that), exercise at least 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

That’s a great start! Keep me posted on how it goes. Does only two snacks a week mean dessert? Can you have nuts or a granola bar if you get hungry between meals?
